I don't know if I would call these random but I can't recall every seeing Bus tailpipe parts with VW stickers on them

Found this with another NOS fan a couple NOS Ambulance switch’s and fittings I know it’s an ambulance fan but the round bracket is a single for something else I think , the box is marked blower . Anyone know what it was for ?
