Pictures from a 53' single cab. It's a little raised triangle to maintain the seal channel width of approximately 18mm.
Hope that helps,
Ken |

thank you very much ken, that helps a lot
does anyone have a picture of the front where the dogleg is welded on the a pillar..
because if we would weld it on like shown in the picture it doesn´t look good, there would be a big gap in between the a pillar and dogleg..
but it will match the door..
otherwise, if we go more to this direction it will match the a pillar but not the door..

Here you go, let me know if you need more. I've got the truck at work today, and it's insanely slow here today.

As I asume you've got instant email notification on...:
They're working again!
I wouldn't make a huge issue of these details.
Remember those old factory pics where they are banging on the doglegs
with hammers?
I bet the fit is different on each and every barndoor out there. _________________ www.volksfahrer.nl

It'll look better if the face of the door skin lines up with the face of the dog leg. That has to be more important than what it looks like with the door open surely? _________________

That's my thought too.
Just make sure the outside lines up and then work the
inside to fit. _________________ www.volksfahrer.nl
