does anyone have a picture of the front where the dogleg is welded on the a pillar..
because if we would weld it on like shown in the picture it doesn´t look good, there would be a big gap in between the a pillar and dogleg..

They're working again!

I wouldn't make a huge issue of these details.
Remember those old factory pics where they are banging on the doglegs
with hammers?
I bet the fit is different on each and every barndoor out there.

It'll look better if the face of the door skin lines up with the face of the dog leg. That has to be more important than what it looks like with the door open surely?

That's my thought too.
Just make sure the outside lines up and then work the
inside to fit.
