whats the best oil system cleaner for an engine that hasnt run in three years before its first oil change?

I run 2.5 l of regular oil and a liter of atf(automatic tranny fluid) let it idle for a good while maybe 1/2 hour(my engine dosent heat up idling) drain oil and make sure to change filter. i am sure there are many "engine flush" products out there at you local parts store. check them out.
