I've never bought a bus from him but I did call on a few when I was searching for mine. He seemed very informative and a stand up guy. He told me the good and the bad of everyhing he had that I was interested in.

I haven't bought a car from Drew but I have had bought various parts from him and was happy with my purchases.

He also assisted me with some shipping contacts recently, which I appreciate.

Drews shop is right down the street from my house. I have met him on several occasions, and know people who have delt with him on both buying and selling. He is a top notch seller, and very honest with his descriptions!
I would not hesitate to do business with him!

i sold drew a low mile 57 beetle and a low mile 59 kombi. it was a smooth transaction on both sides. he is currently looking for a bus for me.

I have just received a van from colome motors to my home in Scotland bought unseen, the van was as described and I found Drew helpful, but he is a very busy man so don't be afraid to phone him if you have not heard from him when expected. I am very pleased with his service and would use him again in the future. Cool

I have not yet purchased a bus from Drew - I cant afford the buses he currently has in stock - but I have spoken with him and he took the time to go over the details about pretty much all of his inventory and gave me some good advice on what to look for, and avoid. He wasn't giving the hard sell - I dont think he really has to as the buses he has pretty much sell themselves. The relisting of the ads on buses that have sold and the lack of any pricing info on the ads ($ASK) is bit annoying, but if he doesnt mind all the calls asking "how much?" then I guess its not a huge issue.

Not a bus, but an early 60's decklid spring. The spring was perfect and well priced. Drew is obviously very busy and took some time to sort the postage (as he was out of the country), but I was very happy with the spring, which is like new.

I have recently purchased items from Drew, and am very disapointed with the service and lack of comunication. I specified a method of shipping and requested a tracking number in the initial transaction, niether of the conditions were meet. Please see my attached email to him regarding my concerns, and his response.

Hey Drew,

Whats up?? You said, and I quote " I am out of town. Monday I will send it."

When I agreed to purchase these Sun Visors I was very specific about the shipping method that I required, and you charged me extra for it! Then you sent it out a differant way than we agreed without contacting me because you said it was more money. Had you contacted me I would have gladly paid the extra amount for the requested UPS. I ordered a radio from Germany and receved it 3 days later. I am now in a situation where I have given you funds over two weeks ago, and have no idea where my items are and I find you comunication is poor to say the least. I am surprised as your feed back on the Samba seems to be all positive. In addition it apears had I waited a couple day there was the same item I paid $400 for on the Samba for sale for $250 including the mirror. Please provide me with a tracking number or I will have to report this transaction to Paypal as well as the Samba.

The parcel was well protected, and the shipment was fast. Drew has answered all my email and gave me a tracking number for the package
Drew is an excellent seller.

He said it was shipped and now claims that the place I requested it to be sent is a bad part of town. I have never had this bad experience before. Maybe he is selective on who he deals with or where it goes. Just maybe. Or are some parts just not worth his time? Not consistent if that is the case. Am very disappointed.

Well, "no good deed goes unpunished" as they say!

About 6 months ago, Drew contacted me and asked me about my brother's (Jehu) home made car "rotisserie" he, said he was gonna be working on a bus and that he was looking to rent it from us, I told him that we were not using it at the time and that it was fine.

He sent a guy to pick it up from Jehu's garage, and that was the last we heard from him, not a call, not an email, text, facebook message nothing!

5 months later I saw some pictures he posted on FB and saw my brother's rotisserie:

I contacted the guy that actually picked up the rotisserie from us and asked him what was going on with Drew, he responded that he was just hired to work on the belly pans on one bus and that as far as he knew that was done and over with long ago!
I messaged Drew and asked him what was going on?

January 27th/2014

Wondering about my brother's rotisserie taken from R*** to work on one of your buses! It's been a while and we have not heard from either R*** or you! Gabriel.

Drew:
The wheels came off at the welds. We bought nice nice wheels and replaced them.

Then we made a much better frame. I will see where it's at and get back to you the rotisserie or something better.

Just got back in town on the red eye last night.

We'll be ac OCTO in a few weeks

(OCTO Feb came, no Drew, no Rotisserie, no call, no message)
