Sliding Door Removal

Can someone give me a procedure for removing the sliding door. I want to replace the seal without cutting it.

Just loosen the bottom slider bearing mechanism (two bolts on the bottom, one on the side) make sure the door is in the latched slide open position -- then holding the door and turning the handle the door will release in the front -- slide seal on -- slide door back into locked position. Just did this in my bus, make sure you have the seal in the right way and around the sliding lock mecahnism -- next to the belt line in the middle of the door. Also, make sure that you hold the door because once you unlatch by turning the handle the door will drop -- remember it is still connected in the back.
