Nice way to pull a victory from the jaws of defeat (and finish me in the money in my bracket, too!)

Cool

When the game went into overtime, Itold my wife it was over. Memphis looked beat. Up by 7 with 2 minutes to go and all they could do was throw up bricks from the foul line instead of sealing the win.

For every basketball player that does not like to practice foul shots because they think all the glory is in hitting threes, steals, behind the back passes, and slam dunks....their coach should use the final two minutes of regulation as a motivation tool.

I forget which Memphis player got the ball and went for the shot instead of dribbling the clock out up by three with a new shot clock and 20 seconds left. I can only hope he learns from that mistake...because I doubt he'll ever forget it.

I've known Bill Self since 7th grade. Actually played ball with him for a season until I realized how uncoordinated I was.

He was a great guy then and I'm happy for him and his team.

Other than that I could give a shit.
