My muffler has developed a leak and the PO had the muffler and cat welded together. I'm going to swap out the cat and muffler from my old van (one of the few things I kept), and I'm not sure how the muffler mounts. The flange and pipe are off center on the muffler. I was just curious if anyone knew the correct Orientation of the cat connection before I do this by trail and error. Thanks for the help folks. _________________ Binger

I would think if you yanked the muffler & converter off of another Van the clock postion of the outlet & inlet should be obvious.
The pipe position is to the ground side of the converter & muffler.
If your still scratching your head--take a look at your Bentley.
It has a nice picture of the exhaust system in your Van. _________________ T.K. |

Thanks Terry, I posted the question while at work. I haven sincee looked in the bentley and figured it out. I only kept the headers and muffler from my old van not the cat bummer that'll have to be replaced. _________________ Binger
