The last "Charlies Angles" there's a (Green and White or Black and White.)double cab in the parking lot at the beach when Demi drives out in the Ferrari.

At the beginning of "The Killing Fields" there is an ambulance rolling lights and siren.

Monkey Bone- Karmann Ghia crashes into a lamp post.
Love Potion No. 9- Ghia vert
and, this one goes way back...Death Race 2000- a Ghia is one of the race cars, and it has a huge spiral shaped spike grafted onto the nose. It's used to mow people down to gain points.

Don't forget the blue Ghia Uma Thurman drives in Kill Bill II.

As for incorrect busses, I'm always seeing movies & TV shows that take place in the 60's where hippies are driving a painted up Bay Window. Real Hippies in the 60's only drove splits. Even if the year were 1969, I doubt anyone would paint peace signs all over a brand new bus, and your average hippie wouldn't have been able to afford a late-model one anyway!

Watch "the glass sheild" it has Ice Cube driving a pimp ass red vert.
I think it even has Fuch's on it, could be wrong it's been a while.
either way the car is BAD!
It's about some mark ass cops trying to bust my man Ice Cube even though he's not really a bad guy in the movie>trifflin'.
Where are my LOCS when I need em? Cool

Wasnt it Pretty in Pink where Molly Ringwold drove a lowlight Karmann Ghia? I always cringe when the Beetle gets smashed in Superman during the earthquake. I recently bought one of the classic horror 10 pack DVD sets, one movie called Creature from Haunted Sea (1961) had a 23 window Bus and an early Beetle. Its great watching old movies and seeing old VW's (or any old car) in pristine condition.

Bad Boys II has a green and white bay window (73 +) in it.. during the chase scene where the guys in dreds are chasing some girl in an SUV a transport turns the corner and demolishes the vw van.. Sad I was however able to pause the move and slow it down and you will all be happy to know that the van was cut off below the back windows on the back half of the bus, so it was already a write off before they did even more damage to it.

Aloha Bobby and Rose
Back to the Future 2 (in the future parked during the hoverboard chase)
I thought it was funny how all the cars fly and stuff but there is still a stock Beetle parked.
Bullitt with Steve McQueen has a few driving through SF.

It's a TV show, but in an episode of the "Family Guy" that aired tonight, Death (you know, the black hooded guy with bony hands and a scythe) drives a lemon yellow beetle - complete with realistic sound effects!

And then there's the several VW's that Steve McQueen blows past in "Bullitt."

a TV show, but I caught the end of one of those "crime solver" shows on cable, and some guys killed someone with their car, a '57 Beetle. They showed pics, and sure enough it was really an oval! Twisted Evil A few layers of crappy paint and no bumpers, and it had been sitting for a while.

And on Futurama, they make an evil car using parts from hitler's Mercedes, and the turn signal from Charles Manson's VW bus Laughing The bus is a split, but the signal looks like one from a bay window. I watch too much TV!
