Help with just the seat? This thread is best for that. Looks like the seat is not original.
Help with the entire interior?
Help with the entire bus?
You should start a thread about your bus. With that you can get a lot of info about the interior and the entire bus. Great project! _________________ In Stereo, Where Available! |

Sorry not possible.
The bus is painted in a blue and grey color.
Chassis Number is Juli 1959.
No window bus when the bus was made. Hehr windows were retrofitted
and a camping equipment I do not know.
The seat rail has been cut out and the existing hole has been enlarged to fit Toyota seats with pieces of wood to the body.
I wanted to reduce the big hole back to its original size and attach a seat rail. The measurements are missing, however.

Can someone email me the dimensions for the hole? and from where to where do I have to place it?
What are the dimensions of the right seat rail and where should the rail be placed? or can you buy one in the shop somewhere? or is it the same like the left one? |

Here you go, let me know if you need more.
Picture 7 and 8 are rear to hole. Picture 10 is length of seat rail missing.
Here are some more. The lip is 8mm deep. I pushed straight edge to the curve and measured across. This should get your curves close.
120mm across and seat rail is 15mm from side

Womack in NC made me some seat rails years ago. He may still have a couple lying around to sell? |

@ mandraks - thanks for the informations.
@ jason - wow, thank you that will help me a lot.
I will show the photos to my welder next weekend.
It will certainly help us to make the bus back to what it used to be.
Step by step

... do you have a mail adress for me?
This week, I was looking for a way to get the paint off the bulkhead without removing the number behind it. Sodas I miss the professional equipment. Has anyone tried something different? Pickling agent was recommended to me.... |

The wheelhouse on the driver's side and passenger side has many drilled holes due to modifications of the seat.
Which one do I need and which one can I weld? Who can help me?
The bulkhead also has too many drilled holes as well as the load compartment floor. What is for what and what can be closed?

My wheel arches have no holes except where for seat belts. I’d get rid of all of them. Bulkhead only has holes for m plate. |
