Sprintstars on a stock single cab

I went to install a set of flat four sprintstars on my brothers 56 singlecab but they are not clearing the arches with 195r15 tires. Any Ideas on what i can do to make it fit?.... other than cutting wheel arches into it lol

the tires were actually a little low to begin with.... sucks they look awesome but rub like a mother
