Tires for a 1973 Standard Beetle

I am looking for a set of new tires for my 73 Beetle the current tires are 165R15 my buddy owns a auto shop he says they cant get that size any more (at least his supplier) what is everybody else using as a replacement?

I am looking for a simply all season tire for the stock rims, I dont want to kill the MPG by getting a over sized tire.
