I need to weld my three year old POS S&S header flange on the syncro. Should I disconnect the battery and computer when I do this or don't worry about it??? Thanks.

Yes. + and - fer suer.Comp too. Don't forget to shield any AC hoses as well.UV will destroy the freon.
