From their site:

Approximately 42% of all traffic jams are due to the VW Bus. With an engine slightly larger then an average lawn mower, the VW Bus has a 0-60mph rating of infinite because it is unable to go over 50mph except while traveling on a 17%+ decline with a 34+mph tail wind. Get that piece of crap off the road or MOVE OVER PLEASE!

These are probably the a-holes that are doping along in the left lane talking on their friggin' cellphone while I'm flashing them to yield the lane, from my VW BUS!

I like the "About Us" page, where:

And I don't know about the rest of Europe, but I drove all over Spain a couple years ago. They poke along in the left on the freeway just as bad as the cellphone freaks around here do. But on the two-lanes, they're TOTALLY CRAZY!

There were 42,636 traffic related deaths in the US in 2004. If half of those were from traffic jams then that means that the VW bus caused 8,953 deaths in 2004 alone!!!!

someone should check there French. "déplacez-vous satisfont plus de" really means something like "move satisfy more of". the right traduction would be something like "déplacez-vous s'il vous plais".

This morning on my way to work i got passed (she passed me on the turning lane) by an old lady. After looking at that site i am pretty dang sure the old lady that passed me is the one playing the piano on the members page.

I don't see this as a farce at all, in fact I feel this group is a very real and powerful threat. I heard that MOP has been lobbying congress hard to pass a bill that would exclude VW vans from public roads that has quite a bit of support from the republican side and they are even thinking about changing their name to MOAH. The question is, what are we going to do about it?! Let's unite against MOP!

We should all get together and form a massive convoy going from San Francisco to D.C. and drive as slow as we damn well please. When we get to D.C. we'll set up a huge protest camp in front of the congress building to protest against the banning of VW vans on public roads. We have just as many rights as everyone else does to drive. If we want to go the speed limit we can drive the speed limit.

Anyway, how in the world is it that 42% of all traffic jams are caused by VW vans? That's just not possible. There are too few of us to cause that much of a traffic issue. Believe me, if we were causing 42% of all traffic jams they would've banned VW vans a long time ago.
