Looks like an extra set of spark plugs, a popular 1950's "speed" detail: a set of "cold" plugs or a set of "hot" plugs at the ready.

The sparks plug reserve are beru 145/14 of fiftie's for volkswagen engines Wink

No, I made the alone assembly and the adjusts.
Alejandro has me supplies the marpil and a few littles pieces missing

Sorry if this is a stupid question but what is that device with the 'looped' cable or something..also, how many cars are there fitted with a Mag Supercharger in the US or elsewhere for that matter. Wouldn't mind starting up a sticky. Wink

The "looped cable" is for the manuel driven tachometer.

There are a few fitted to Beetles in Europe and the US but I can't recall another MAG fitted to a Ghia. Maybe half a dozen worldwide altogether so a pretty rare beast. Cool

I don't see any support for the bowl though? There could be something bolted to the firewall though.

doesn't seem like a good idea cantilevering the whole air filter as well as the weight of the oil off the neck of the 32 PBIC Confused
