Gerson - when do you think you will start to have split beetle panels ready?
And what panels will you start with?
As you are probably well aware, there are a few folks out there with front/rear apron, spare tire well repros, etc., so will you start with other areas of need?
Such as:
- Pre-53 heater channels?
- Pre-53 fenders?
- Rear body cross-members (although Wolf is working on these)
- Ribbed door inner bottom skin?
- Pre-55 floor pans (standard and deluxe) |

Me, too - I'm definitely game for a set of fronts and rears for my 50.
I am very excited to hear that you are going to get the other two big items taken care of - channels and pans - excellent! Thank you very much. |

How about front quarter panels, door hinge drip rail to front apron?
Any car that's been crashed will need this panel. _________________

I just had to wipe the tear from my eye.
Can't wait to see the final product...I'll probably need a private moment to pull myself together.
Not sure if I'll be able to control the tears of joy when the rest of the panels are competed |

Hey guys, if you've been waiting to pick up your steel repop 56-57 sedan lid, you may be just out of luck. Except for the few that may be sitting in dealers warehouses, they are now NLA at KSR. They just shipped the list batch. If you need one, check with ISP, Koch, even Mid America, they still may have a few.
53-55 sedan 50-52 sedan and convertible lids are still available though however stock is getting low on those as well. At the moment Nelson isn't looking to do another run. Better stock up, once they are gone, they probably won't come back.

Another update regarding the KSR lids. Besides the '56-'57 Sedan lids being NLA, the '50-'52, '53-'55 and '56-'57 convertible lids without rainguards are now NLA. However all vert lids with rainguards and '53-'55 and '50-'52 sedan lids are still available but stock is running low. So consider picking one or two up for future projects.
