28 MPG does seem a lil hard to believe but the documentation is a lil off as well as most buses in 1977 would go faster than 75 _________________ 1989 VW White Star

Official top speeds for VW's as well as most german cars are top cruising speeds. So you shouldn't drive faster than 75, but you can drive 75 all day. _________________

...If If stoner A takes a hit and then stoner B goes right away(not waiting two seconds), he's trying to suck on it while it's still got a vaccum, doesen't get much of a hit at all! Cause it hasn't filled back up all the way yet.
Stoner A is cylinders #2/4 B is #1/3 The plugged bowl is the throttle, the bong is the manifold |

well if you filled up around aspen then drove on into denver ya,, you get 28 or better,,,
you'd be surprised how many really don't know how to figure there mileage.. you can really only get a true mileage after the third fill on a tank ,, this would be on a new to you car,, and then only physically seeing where the fuel level is in the filler neck ,, each time being at the same level. |

Maybe he only used the engine on the "up" side of the Rockies. _________________ 71 Superbug

We just got back from 3200 mile road trip from Michigan to N Florida from the Gulf to the Atlantic across the top of the state. Two stops in the Smokies.
One fill up with premium (S Georgia prices for premium were about the same as 87 elsewhere) yielded 25 mpg
Average for the entire trip was 19.5 mpg
Total fuel costs were $645. 56 |
