Microbus or camper or poptop or bare? Do you want configuration ideas, or ideas for door/wall trim?

it really doesnt matter to me...i just want ideas in general. i am thinking of doing the sides in wood panneling, and the roof in wood like 4doora did. i really liked that look. i also want an L shaped seat. i'm still not sure on the flooring. i either want LONG shag carpet, wood, or the black and white checks...i would like to do the uppolstry in the orange westy plaid...however all of this is subject to change (with exception of the L shaped seat...) I would just like to see what other people have done, and maybe steal an idea or two. Wink

That's really nice, I've been thinking of doing the same. Is that oak? I have some minor construction skills, but how difficult was that? I was planning on using all the parts (sink, water tank, hinges, drawer sliders, handles) from my original interior, is this what you did? Nice job.

I kept all the stock cabinets and redid everything with black formica. I also peeled off all the yellowing contact paper from ceiling and covered that with white formica. I wrapped the stock wall panels with some thin foam and black vinyl. I ripped out all the plaid redid the back seat and top bed with some heavy duty automotive upholstery.

I used birch plywood for the cabinets, and maple boards, glued and planed for the doors and the table top.
