| Hey, a little off topic but this is the Denver thread so I thought I would ask. Does anyone know of any place (other than C&M on hampden/federal) that sells scrap metal? I need some 3/16" sheet...but don't need a whole sheet or even half for that matter. I am building a smoker. Thanks! |

Try Den Col in Denver, they will sell any plate stock you might need.

Thank you! That was easy! THey are going to cut the pieces I need all for less than $100. That will save me a ton of work. Thanks again. |

We are proud to announce the 2015 Syndicate LHM Denver Rally on June 28th. Syndicate Car club is known for our static car shows in Evergreen and other great locations in and around Denver. This season we have decided to enjoy the car show in a different way. Admittedly, the drive to Evergreen was one of the best parts of our shows the last two years. The Rally has many new fun and entertaining features.
Breakfast awaits rally drivers (free for executive rally participants), passengers, and spectators at Larry H Miller VW dealership in Lakewood. Rally participants will enter into the service bays that double as the rally start. Cars will be ushered through the service bay for each individual start.
This is not a timed event.
Rally enthusiasts will be guided throughout Denver and the surrounding foothills in a scenic tour of rally checkpoints. Red Rocks, Morrison, and Evergreen are some of the scenic rally checkpoints planned. Each Rally checkpoint will have a stamp for the rally driver’s card. The drivers with the most rally checkpoints stamped will earn more chances to win the VW air-cooled engine and other great prizes. There will also be other ways to earn bonuses.
The VW air-cooled engine give-away, bands, beer, and prizes will be awaiting the rally participants at the final destination after party/car show at the Lowry Beer Garden situated next to the Wings Over the Rockies museum. This is a celebration of the German automobile brand. All VW, Porsche, Audi, Auto Union, BMW, Mercedes, water-cooled and air-cooled cars are eligible for entry. Two rally packages available listed below.

Tickets will also be available for purchase the day of the event. |
