Is this a “good deal”? I don’t think so, but someone might...

Only way to know if it is a good deal is to wait until the auction ends. _________________ nothing |

I thought the starting bid of $4k was high.
Lots o' rust in that bucket. But the lipstick helps it look better, for now. _________________ -Kent-

The paint job is hideous. It looks like someone spray painted the rustoleum from 10 yards away in high winds! I'd be scared what would be found under that "paint job" with the bus in metal.
The engine compartment is scary. We all love seeing that Ford Pinto carb in place. _________________ Contact me at [email protected]

I just received some good info for anyone looking for fuel injection parts...
"VW Service by Ron" in Daytona Beach Florida is evidently one of those shops that strips off FI equipment and puts on carbs. As a result, he has a huge stockpile of used FI parts for sale.
Wish I had known that a couple years ago.... _________________ -Kent-

Kent, thanks for the Ron’s tip. Sent an email about buying some FI stuff. Will post back if I get a response either way. They will probably wonder why they get bombed with calls and emails all of a sudden _________________ You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. 79 rescue out of Denver.
Using the 2.0 and six rib for my 72. Putting a 1700 and three rib in this one.
This is her good side. Some rock chips in the paint.

It was good that there was no car at the stop sign only one brake work and not that well. |

Great story, original owner and check out that motor. I like this one. Probably a fair price for it.
