On my way to a client’s today I decided to take pictures of all the bays I saw. I drive 80 miles round trip to work every day so I may see more than the average. The rules were I could only take pictures of ones I saw from my route (not cruse up and down streets looking for them), and they had to be bays.
This place is like a Playboy magazine for me, the articles are great and all but I like them pictures!

Met these nice folks with their 68 bay at “pipes” one of my favorite surf spots in Encinitas. Encinitas has an unusually high number of bays, it must be all them surf bums!

Sorry the pictures aren’t better, as I said it was on a whim and all I had was my phone. Cheers

If I did that project all I would have at the end would be an empty memory card.

I must say I am a bit jealous.

Yes phip, at least in southern California. By southern California I mean Dana Point south. Year round sunshine and head high waves. Girls in bikinis at the grocery store in the middle of winter. The only problem is to afford to live here you have live in something like this:

Today I only saw one, this girl a DD near my work

I took the 5 to work they're not as plentiful on the freeway. If I take the 101 or an inland route that's where you'll see them. BTW I missed getting pictures of 2 yesterday one was driving towards me and I missed it, the other was on blocks at a shop on the 101. That would be a total of 18 if I include mine. Cheers all

NOT just dana point south...here in the south bay of L.A., there are tons. ill try to get photos cause it does happen. Wilmington, pedro, long beach , torrance, redondo , hermosa all filled with bays and bugs. oh and encinitas is home of Bob from VW tech, he probably has a hand in all those bays being alive still. I meant the pictures are indicative of southern California (Dana point south). As you can see there is no smog, and you can take a picture without getting 50 people in the frame. Wink
I'm sure there are tons of bays up in your dirty neck of the woods. Surprised

There is a daily driven one directly across the street from my place, and constantly reminds me that mine needs to come home soon...

Oh yeah, and it always has a bentley manual sitting on the dash. Smile
