Cleaning Oil Bath Air Cleaner

Anyone clean the oil bath air cleaner lately? Whats the best way to do this?
I found a lot of post but most people said they took it to a machine shop and put it in washer.

Anyone have any pictures of this oil bath unassembled? I think I need to clean mine, since I am not sure when the last time it was cleaned. And i was just curious what all is on there!?!?!?
