This is a job I need to do on my car. I bolted the bumper brackets on to put the body on horses and discovered one bolt hole was stripped. Excelsior!

my local powdercoat shop sent me a preview of my rims.
I decided to get them powdercoated, the result looks outstanding from the pic.

I did not realize they can do two tone powder coat. Looks really good. You are probably aware of the wheel bolt loosening issue.

That first picture looks like the rims are all dented and wavy, but I see it is the photo somehow! My first thought was why not straighten the rims first. LOL.

Great work on your car. I am inspired by your skill and determination. I am just starting the metal repair work on my '55.

yes the paint will be removed where the bolt seats, I do not want to loose any of them while driving !! Smile

yeah the rim are perfect and not wavy, just the phone picutre that is not great quality.
