There's always an old thread that pops up here on The Samba to surprise me and give me something interesting to read and view....

Check the original posts in 2008 and photos of beautiful OG L345 Kombis, pickups and panels - and think about how cheap these buses were back then, only 6 years ago Shocked

Anyway, here's my contribution to the thread. A 1959 SC truck now restored but originally L345 Lichtgrau....

Before the resto. Gates off a Dove Blue truck....

adding my 62 to the list. slowly working on fixing the rust issues. just got the rear corner and battery tray in. woo! now I can finally install the engine and get her back on the road for the first time since 1987.

Woo Hoo! I'm in the club. Buck asked if anyone has seen a light grey swivel seat panel, then he showed one. Well here is mine and mine is a camper too. 1961 grey bus.
