Sounds good! Have a great time.
BTW, though I know you figured it out, that I was making a connatation to the movie "Big Wednesday". What is Big Wednesday out there? A VW show or get together? |

I'm excited about this tomorrow. I spent the day doing some prep to get my bus down there from Whittier. This will be the first time I have taken my bus to surf! I saw on surfline.com where San Onofre was 2-3 ft, knee to chest high today. I can't wait to throw my 9'4" Longboard in my bus and make the trip! Hope to meet some cool people from TheSamba.com down there! Safe travels to all. Cheers! Danny |

I wish I was going. I'd drag out my mom's 9'4" Hobie from the 60s! _________________ 9th Owner of a 1971 Tintop Westy

Pics or not, I know Dave is down there. By far the most honest person I have ever dealt with.
Maybe next year I can be out there at this time and head down there with you, my 21W, and my 1966 Surfboards Hawaii Noserider.
I sure miss the ocean! |

I spent last weekend in Santa Cruz, but my shoulder is still too jacked up to surf (rotator cuff). _________________ -Thom

Damn, I wish I would have known. I'm in town, surfed Sunday and Monday and I'm staying in San Clemente. The bus is still back in Florida though. Would have been cool to meet everyone. Surf has been small, definitely longboarding waves. |

Was pretty crowded as usual!
And ^THAT's^ just what was within the inmediate area. Late commers had to find a spot elsewhere! _________________ Some people are so busy being clever they don't have time enough to be wise. |

First off, it was a pleasure meeting some of the people at the meet. Dave24, your 15 window is absolutely AWESOME! Good to meet and talk with you. Met some other really nice people from SV2's as well. Possibly Pyroman? I was able to paddle out and catch a couple waves, see some beautiful busses, bugs, buggies. The hospitality and comaraderie was awesome. This was the farthest I had driven my bus in 14 years. I always dreamed of being able to take my bus on a surftrip. Big Wednesday was a dream come true. I'm still excited! Cheers all! Danny |
