I have just got my 40hp Okrasa block back from the engine builders and have a small problem with the push rods.

The engine is running a NOS 69mm SPG crank, big pistons and Okrasa heads, the push rods are sprung loaded.

When you put the push rods in they rub on the side of the push rod tubes, when lined up with the rocker arms.

Any advice on what is causing this or how to aviod this problem would be appreciated.

Cheers

Andy

possible pushrods wrong size or rockerarm ratio incorrect for your application?

My 36 horse has Porsche 356 pushrod tubes. The builder said they work better. I dont have any facts, but they might make a difference.
