I installed new bushings in the upper arms. Installed arms on syncro and torqued down. Right side is free to the touch - no play, but I can move it freely up and down. Left arm is much tighter, needs some force to move up and down but does move. WHY???? PRoblem??? or ok to let go??? I am sure I am using the same adjusting washers for left and right, even took out the left and swapped wahers around and still the same. Everything is cleaned and painted.
