I installed new bushings in the upper arms. Installed arms on syncro and torqued down. Right side is free to the touch - no play, but I can move it freely up and down. Left arm is much tighter, needs some force to move up and down but does move. WHY???? PRoblem??? or ok to let go???

I am sure I am using the same adjusting washers for left and right, even took out the left and swapped wahers around and still the same. Everything is cleaned and painted. What is the difference/problem?? thx
