Assuming 009 distributor? Are you timing it 30-32 degrees at full advance? _________________ Copyright CJ Industries, Inc.

what size engine and what jets are you running? i just had to ream the jets twice to get it better. i know reamming is not perfect but buying jets is out of the question. was the timing off? now correct? it may need a fatter shot. _________________ once you realize im not impressed we will get along just fine |

yes, i hope you dont static time a mechanical advANCE distributor. 30-32 at 3300-3500 rpm. the closer to 32 degrees youll need higher octane and lower compression. i go 30 and i have a 1915 that has a 8:1 c/r. _________________ once you realize im not impressed we will get along just fine |

Sorry back from work.
Installed new points
Rebuilt 010 distributor
30 degrees full advance
Maybe coil ,I get a jolt when timing from the condenser stud that goes to the point. Stud is not grounded out checked that. |

I've tested coil that checks. It really back fires when you take foot off accel. Going on to fuel I'm going to check plugs to see if it's still lean. |
