The hanta virus is good with this one. I love the quickie rattle can spray on the rear passenger quarter, even protecting the slider hinge.
"he bought a Prius and parked the van." Quite a swing of the pendulum there. |

Interesting to note that it's listed at $5500 on CL.

You see the dent on the nose? All that rust? I’m thinking half of the asking price is its true value. _________________ '67 Beetle L41

Unless there's some distortion due to the camera angle, that looks less like a dent and more of a corner that's been pushed in. Possible A-pillar damage? If so, it's more like 1/10th the asking price as a parts bus.
Too bad.... '71s are very popular with the early bay aficionados. _________________ -Kent-

The price of BlazeCut has gone thru the roof!
http://www.gowesty.com/product/safety/24393/blazecut-fire-suppression-system?v=
Last spring, I bought a 12' BlazeCut for around $170 including tax and shipping. Now, though, vendors are selling them at $300 without tax or shipping.
I still feel it's well worth the expense... but dammmm.... why the huge price increase? _________________ -Kent-

Yeah, it's $200 for the 6' one, and $300 for 12' on every site I've checked.
In case anyone is interested in getting one, I think the 6' is plenty for a bus. I bought a 12', and I think it's overkill. _________________ -Kent-

Has that been sitting on the bottom of the ocean for a decade? How the hell does engine tin or a sump plate get that level of corrosion? A goddamn sump plate! One of the few pieces on just about any car that is almost guaranteed to have at least a thin layer of oil on it at any given time. |

That thing is probably worth half that... all the work that needs to be done, the rust, what color is it even? If it was yellow, the interior isn't OG. _________________ '67 Beetle L41
