Are thermostats for a 78 2.0 really that hard to come by? None of the usual VW parts retailers carry them, apparently. Or maybe I’m not looking hard enough. I saw a few listed in the Samba Classifieds, but $150 for a part that probably cost $30 to make? Seems a bit high. _________________ 1978 Bus, 2.0 FI Oceanic Blue. “‘Ol Blew.”
Rebuilt engine after it sat for ~20 years. |
