Does anyone have a photo on how to install a roller pedal?

Help!
My stock (sson to be driver) 65 had NO gas pedal when bought. The floor mounting section (2 hole plate/etc) is missing to install an og type.

I have an old roller pedal. Can someone send a photo on how to install it?
