Are you wanting to go out or in??
T-1 wheels have the least offset. T-3 wheels have the most.
T-3's use the same IRS control arm as a bug.
So you can use at least 46mm offset without it rubbing on the inside.

I am looking for the max backspace I can go on the rear. Right now I have original Sprint stars that have an 88mm backspace. I am hoping to see if someone has ran 4.5" or approx 114 mm's of backspace. It looks like it might fit, but I would like to be sure before the wheels are made.

Get a junk steel rim, start cutting and welding. Sooner or later it will rub. Keep in mind that the tire bulges out a bit, so take that into account.
