Hello,i placed an order at the red tek web site last night,i was having problems with their security certificate,but I still manage to made the purchase,i recived an email with the purchase info but I call the number there,and I got someone telling me not to call again,i try the other number of their website,and no answer or call return,does anyone know what is going on with them let me know thank you

Well,that is a different web site ,here is the link to it no answer today either, did I went to a bad non responsibe site?,i seen that the charge already shows in my bank statement but no signs of contact with them,by phone or email
