why do you think that is......

it hasnt hit the interior department yet. they still have to install the headliner in the std's and deluxes. THEN the windows will go in. Wink

I can't be certain of what I see in the bottom corner of this picture.

What am I seeing highlighted by the arrows. (they look too nicely stacked to be shop cloths and the next logical idea is headliners) Question

Considering those are sandwiched inbetween the pile of front ends and the metal heater flex tube that goes through the front beam I'd suspect your right.

Heater tube cover is not asbestos based, a friend sent a sample from my 52 to a lab that tests for the stuff, no trace was found. I had exactly the same consern.

right on,thanks guys,im a puss when it comes to chemicals or shit i dont know the composition of and am working with.....

i worked at a machine shop rebuilding all kinds of engines and everyone made fun of me for wearing a dustmask, ear protection and rubber gloves,i never gave a shit what they thought,by the time i left there they were almost all voluntarily wearing dustmasks, gloves and ear protection.

i admittedly wear way more protection than most from the bad shit that comes with restoration
