Hello, as I am not too familiar with early barndoor parts and castings I would like to ask if anyone knows if the early fifties parts for the bus suspension still had Kübel numbers on them? In particular the spindles and associated castings and the reduction gearboxes? In the parts manual the numbers look to be different from VW82, but am wondering on which parts and till when wartime markings could still be found.

Thanks Everett! Looks like they cleaned up the logo and left the 82 bit on there in the casting. I have the same for some front suspension parts, those should have been Kübel parts but after cleaning there is no cogwheel logo. Guess I'm stuck with very early bus parts then.
