5th Annual Baja Cup Off Road
December 13th, 2008
Baja is back at Glen Helen Raceway!
The Baja Cup Challenge will inculde off-road truck & buggies. The 2+ mile long course with all types of natural terrain is layed-out for desert cars to get to speed! Participants will race the perimeter of Glen Helen, giving the spectators an awesome view of the race.
Classes include:
Class 1
Class 1/1600
Class 5
Class 7
Class 7s
Class 8
Class 10
There will be Open practice the morning of Saturday & Races will be 2 Hours long.
Camping is free & gate fees are $15 per Adult, $5 per Junior(6-12yrs), Kid 5 & under Free.
Race Fees are $300 Pre-Entry and $350 Post-Entry.

ľ Gates open Friday December 12th from 12pm-10pm
ľ Gates open Saturday December 13th at 6am
ľ Gate Fees are $15 for Adults, $5 for Children 6-12, 5 & under Free.

RACE ENTRY FEES; $300 for ALL Cars & Trucks Pre-entered and $350 Post Entry.
The Course will be approx. 3 Miles long.

RACE AND PITS: The Race will start on the National Track and Finish on the National Track. The main Pits are located in the open parking lot south of the main entrance; these pits will be open to spectators. Each Team must have two (2) mandatory pit stops and 1 tire changes at the designated pit area located in front of the main registration tower-(NOT OPEN TO SPECTATORS).
Tech Inspection will be located at main pit area.
FRIDAY: Sign-up, at the tower, from 12pm-4pm.
SATURDAY: Sign-Up 6am-1pm
All Drivers & Co-Drivers MUST check in.
SATURDAY: Kar-Tek Mad Saturday from 7am-9am Track opens to all /drivers and Vehicles for pre-running - NO RACING! Anyone caught RACING during this time, may be removed from the Track.
TECH Inspection & Sign Up from 6am-10am
DRIVERS meeting at 9:30am
FIRST RACE at 10:00am ¡V 12pm Baja Pro Trucks- 2 Hours with
2 Pit Stops with Min. of 1 Tire Change are required.
SECOND RACE at 1pm-3pm 1/2 -1600, Pilots, TT, Class 1, Class 8,
Class 10 and all other classes
2 Pit Stops with Min. of 1 Tire Change Required.
THIRD RACE 3:30-4:30 Side by side and Trophy Cart 3 moto format
