Cool Søren, a quick google and I see how you did that now, we have a similar publicly searchable licence plate database here as well. Thanks! _________________ 1965 Type 1 Deluxe (1200cc)

So anyone know the model year? I was thinking around 2084?
This is a main picture from the calendar to fill the UK public with hope and optimism, I'm heading back to the Tardis now:

The upper is a full stock late SA van (except stickers or probably the roo bar is aftermarket, but not sure so common thing there)
But they look good

The 4th door was an option that could be ordered on any doka. All tristars are 4 dr but not all 4 dr dokas are tristars. Here's a old thread that I really need to update on a 16" syncro 4dr I'm restoring. http://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?t=564783&highlight=bamboo+yellow My truck also came from Sweden. Most of the factory 4dr dokas I've seen are from Sweden. This may just be because a higher percentage of the Swedish T3's survive due to less salt used in the far north of Europe. |
Thanks very much of your information, love your thread of your 16"syncro doka😊.
I also got my a 16"syncro but mine is the kombi version with winch in the front, its a former car for the men who constructed the heavy electric power lines here in west coast Sweden. |

I found a Doka t25 that has 4doors like the Tristar, i have tried to find some info on the webb that how many of this version Vw made, its complete standard with nothing extras and has 2wd and the DJ 112hp engine, but has factory fitted 4doors.
Hope some of you may have some info, i only found info about the Tristar, that they made 1500 of the Tristar where 500 of them where 4wd.
