Thank you everyone for your business and feedback. Now that I have a full page of feedback I want to clear something up. I frequently receive messages asking if I know where to find an original Splitbus tripcounter speedometer or sending units for Motometer Rallye Pack gauges etc. etc. etc. I do not nor have I ever at any time offer any kind of parts-finding service for hire. If I knew of some place where I could find an original example of a Splitbus tripcounter speedometer or other super rare item, I would not be involved in reproducing them. A good rule of thumb is if I don't have a particular item advertized in my classifieds, I don't have it; if there's something I've been known to sell in my classifieds that's out of stock, I don't have access to a regular supply of it. As soon as I get something in stock I list it up as soon as possible, so what you see is prettymuch all I have. I don't know if there's someone going around telling everyone I can find examples of impossible to find parts, but if there is, then they must have me confused with someone else. The only advice I can give is to ask in the forums or place a parts wanted ad in the classifieds, and maybe the elusive magical parts-finding guy will respond. Thanks again everyone for the feedback. _________________ Check my classifieds for kewl gauges:

Hey, just a shout out to say thanks for doing great business with me.
I received the 52mm VDO tach and VDO fuel gauge with sender and they look great. Super clean craftsmanship! Tim was super easy to deal with and was quite knowledgable about my needs and solved my request quite nicely.
I would not hesitate to work with Tim again, and no doubt will as I need a few other VDO things for my '57 oval.
All the best,

So Impressed with Tim's work - I asked him to arrange three gauges for me (Oil temp, Pressure and Fuel level for 12v) and he certainly did not disappoint. Absolutely cracking service, kept informed throughout. Tracking to the UK; box arrived with gauges, appropriate senders, wiring and instructions. He even worked the fuel gauge over to work with my sender. Faultless. would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks very much, Tim |
