Hi all,
If it ain't broke don't fix it!!!
I was going over all the electrical connections on the engine, pulling out sensor plugs cleaning and spotting with dielectric grease.
Then I came to the temp sensor..I pulled this u shaped spring clip thinking it was holding the electrical plug and pulled out the whole unit..oop's coolant poured out...I pushed it back in and replaced the clip, now I have a leak after many attemps to push it in.
I did a search for info but not much on removal/replacement.
Any tips would be appreciated
Thanks

Oops! BTDT got the t-shirt Smile

There is an o-ring to seal it. Did the o-ring pop out in the flood of coolant?

You need a new o ring for it. Once they come out they are junk. They cost about $2.
