No... but if the new 50's are like any of the other mofo heads that I have used....

The quality will be superb.
The finishing will be gorgeous.
The casting will be flawless.
The flashing will all be removed.
The head will perform flawlessly like the ones I am running now.
They won't look like they've been in the latest plane crash.
They won't be totally fin clogged and shitty looking like the new cb-cnc round-ports that I just bought.
And you won't overpay for them.

I think it's fair to say that if you search this site for Roy's posts you can see he has done a great deal to clear some of the ( perhaps deservedly/alleged) things out there from the past on the internet about MOFOCO.

I gotta say ( as an unbiased participant who does not have any stake in this) he sure hasn't pulled a Serrano, TDC, BFY or XYZ or ABC or GEX on anyone that I have seen.... and posts on here pretty regular. Idea

Why not just make a custom set of wires with a Y splice in them. Then you could just run one distributor.

I don't think electrickery works that way

Back in December, I had a chance to look over a set of 050's that MoFoCo donated to the Bonneville Bus project (now at Vegas SpeedWorks). I have to admit that I was very VERY impressed at the quality and finish of the casting.

These are cast in the USA, and if I were in the market for a new street head, I would seriously consider these.

*However*, I have no love for the ports that were CNC'd into the 050's. I'd get a set that have not been ported and send them to your head-porter of choice.

I think Aaron Broughton's beautiful Cal-Look Beetle was running Mofoco 050 heads in a big engine.

Check with Headflow Masters, as they were using them in their line of heads for street and off-road...

I have to find a new head porting shop. Do you know who likes to work on these and can do good work on them from mild to wild? I've been wanting to get some and try them, but haven't received any information about their specifics yet.

What kind of complaints do you have with the CNC work?

Steve Sands of ProFlow in Georgia has done quite a few heads from Mofoco.
He's a good guy to deal with too.
