I don’t know if this one came up before. I was watching Time Team Classics on YouTube. Begins at about the 35:57 mark.

There's a Vanagon camper at the end of Claire Denis' "35 Rhums" that actually fulfills a role in the plot.

I finally saw this movie over the weekend. Not for the squeamish, but excellent dark humor if you're into it (and a nice Westy!)

"Tribes of Europa" on Netflix. The good news is that a battle jitney Doka manages to survive the apocalypse that hits the world in the late 2020s. The bad news is so does Euro Rap and really bad Euro pop music. German fashion sensibilities also tend to lean towards dirt and leather.

Last night’s Magnum PI. Aqua and white tintop used by a photographer that caught a crime on camera.

TC’s Sportsmobile is cool and all, but I wish they kept the Island Hoppers Vanagon. Or upgraded to Buslab’s Land Hopper Syncro.

Just finished watching 'Almost Famous' and Volkswagen, circa '73/'74 should have been nominated for Best Supporting Vehicle. They are everywhere throughout the movie. Bus's of course, also Beetles and a few double cab pick ups.

This seems to be originally posted to the gram (gkb_uniacademy), but I'm not a member so I can't access. I'm also not a Bookface member, but this link works for me and I couldn't find another source.

Is it possible to embed it within a post? Pretty cool video that starts with a T3 (I think called a Microbus in SA?).

Another background shot, this time with two Vanagons, in a video about a modified Mustang.

There's another Westy starring in an online ad for the Blix eBike but I can't find it now. Young lady rolls up in the van and opens the slider to reveal the bike, which she brings out and rides.
