Stupid Question Wheres Reverse on a Barndoor

Hi Stupid question im trying to get reverse on my 54 Barndoor with original gearbox where is it i.e. to the right and back ? ive found a bit of first 2nd 3rd and 4th are good just no reverse Confused

push down, left back, as on any aircooled VW.
