| Bought a few parts from guteandtite just recently (battery strap, battery cover, peanut lens) and he was great. Super fast shipping, products were just as described, all round a good transaction. He definately went beyond the sale in helping me out. Real nice guy as well, I'll look his way for parts in the future. |

hello there,
I just issued you a full refund on paypal. I apoligize for the mix up, but 2 people paid for this latch and you were one of them. I sent it out to the other person and when going through paypal to ship stuff, i skipped it cause i thought id already sent that.  I had sent it out and you should have already received it, or so i thought. after checking paypal i realized what had happened. again I apoligize and you have received a full refund. thanks!

this is messed up as i dont have the parts or my money and its gonna cost me paypal fees for your mess up with the parts

just received an email telling me to contact you as your refund failed
i contacted paypal yesterday and they told me they only try twice to send a payment and that was the second time
ill forward you the email

| Paid for a breather box on 7/10. When I did not receive it was advised that the email address I sent payment to was incorrect. Cancelled payment and sent to right address on 7/23. Two weeks later (8/6), I still have not received the item. When I inquired about it on 7/30 Bret advised that it was sent but it is now 8/6 and I still have not received the item. I sent emails on 8/5 and 8/6 requesting the shipping or tracking information and have not received a reply at this point. |

| Still have not heard from this person. I paid, the seller said he sent the item and when I inquired about a tracking number I never heard back. I will be filing a claim with Paypay. Buyer beware. |
