Oh, man that is horrible!! I just bought an item from Bret. Had I read the whole thread before my purchase I would have been reluctant as he has had some issues, but after I read how he treated each customer after the accident, I would not hesistate to buy from him again. This transaction was perfect. He sold me exactly what he advertised, communciated with me well, and shipped it when he said he would. No complaints here! I just bought an item from Bret and was also concerned after reading this thread. I had no reason to be concerned. Bret was great. He responded to my emails, questions, and sold me exactly what was advertised. I would definitely buy from Bret again. Bret, thanks and good luck with your recovery.

After the first transaction a time ago, when Bret had the accident, i tried it once more to buy to deflectors from him. Now i received them in a good order and had very good contact with him. A lot of mail contact. Very nice guy!

I "Bird Dog'd" Bret a customer of mine that lost out on a part I was selling just due to critical timing. I knew Bret had a nearly identical part that was possibly for sale. I offered Bret my customer. He was able to sell my customer his part, and graciously helped me as well. That's the way business is supposed to be done. Thanks Bret!
I wouldn't hesitate to work together and do business with him again some day.

I just a bought a Sunroof shield. Received very quickly and was just as described! Nce quality work. Very good idea. Haven't had car back on road yet so not sure how functional it is but again workmanship is nice.
