I think you are right on this one. The grille seems more pronounced in the old photo, but it all seems to match up.

Given it's surrounded by German vehicles it could be a NSU-Fiat Jagst (German version of the Fiat 600) which had a somehow more imposing (fake) grille.

^^^ That is certainly a possibility. I guess I am not the only one seeing a more pronounced grille area in the original photo.

yes it is... it also has no steering. I'll add that it is not a custom built but an official product of a carmaker, albeit they made only a few of them.

yes it has the front panel and first segment of the roof of a FIAT 850T on both ends. an initial batch was also manufactured with the front panel of the 600T (hexagonal grille).

ok mine was actually a FIAT 500.
the "draisina" (draisine) version, made for the italian national railways with a custom frame and side panels, FIAT 600T or 850T front panel and frontmost part of the roof and a FIAT Giardiniera "pancake" engine&gearbox mounted in the center.
the black car... the wheels are opel-esque but I don't recognize the body. Pre-war kadett coachbuilt?
