an Alfa Romeo Giulia 1600 or 2000 Giorgetti Familiare/Giardinetta? those who needed some extra space took their Giulia to a coachbuilder where several were active to carry out this conversion on a small scale, such as Colli, Grazia and Giorgetti. This created the ideal combination of a sports sedan and a pack mule. In total, about 800 examples would have been converted to station wagons by coachbuilders. Most have been supplied to government agencies such as the police, Alfa Romeo dealers (as a service car) and racing teams (for the transport of parts). |
I gotta say, that is a sharp looking little wagon. _________________ nothing |

I love the color and the interior, but that roofline is a little awkward looking. The blue one I quoted must have been a different manufacturer as it is a little more sleek out back. _________________ nothing |

Looks green to me, which would explain the tan interior. _________________ “If you care for a thing long enough, it takes on a life of its own, doesn't it? Mending old things, preserving them, looking after them – on some level there's no rational grounds for it.”

German Ford Taunus 17M (aka P3), from '61 thru '64 model year. Its rounded shaped front and rear inspired the nickname "bathtub". Built in the large factory at Cologne. The oval-shaped headlamps remind me of the shape of those on the first Euro-market 411- |

These are so odd I want one. I think it’s more about unique for me and I can see the beauty in the lines. _________________ American Red Cross Safe And Well:

I saw a cool German mini Ford on My Classic Car. It had a roof line of a bubble top Chevy and the rest was tiny Fairlane. Cool car. _________________ 1973 standard, yellow, lowered, 3” narrowed front, 1600 blo-thru turbo w/single dell 15.4@86, so far

Sort of a little brother to the '62 Thunderbird, from several angles.
