I had a recent hiccup with a part from Elizabeth. She IMMEDIANTLY made it right, like 5 minutes after I emailed her. You can't beat that.

Made a deal for a hard to find split bus middl seat, and was a bit worried sending it. Elizabeth packed it extremely well and had it shipped quickly.
