On dokas that dont have the bench seat up front, there is a heat vent that travels back to the rear seats (this is between the two front seats). There are two studs right behind the gear shifter that are holding it on, and I can't figure out how to get them off.

I thought they were just covers that pop off and reveal a bolt head, but they don't come off.

How to get them off?

Get a pick and try to push it under the side and pry up on the cover to remove it. The are kind of like the plastic covers over the screws on the plastic panels in the rear by the window.
