No, France drives on the right. Perhaps the image has been flipped. But I can't make out the license plates, even blown up.

I zoomed in and flipped it and I think it is reversed based on the license plates but it's still hard to tell

two of the cars (ds and peugeot?) appear rhd and number plate digits seem out of sequence so assume it is flipped
