Distances could be about right for the sign to be at the southwest of Celle... such as along Rt 188. The signpainter also left out a space between 23 and "km" compared to Wolfsburg's 59 and km Confused .

location is burgdorf - you got the road right! it would have been a lot easier to paint the signs on the flat then fix them to the post Rolling Eyes

^ Note the dual-tip exhaust exiting beneath the apron, which has no exhaust cutouts; and once again how the low-mounted heart or egg taillights are mostly blocked by the bumper towel bars.
