Hello,

I could not find any existing feedback, so at the risk of being blocked I am creating this new topic to give some for madspaniard.

I have recently completed a purchase of part of a westy table leg from Enrique and wanted to let everyone know what a joy it has been to buy from him.

Here are the good points.

- Very quick responses to PM's and emails despite the big time difference
- Extra unsolicited info about the item
- Willingness to work out the cost to ship a difficult package to the UK
- Offer of assistance in finding/supplying other parts needed
- Loads of information about progress thoughout
- Patience when I did not make a decision to purchase (away on holiday!)
- Held the item for me despite interest from elsewhere.
- Great packaging, I mean really great. I wish I could travel in such comfort!
- Attention to detail. Fixing screws that were not mentioned in the classified were taped to the part to avoid losing them.

And the bad points:
- None!
